The Society actively promotes
training and regularly contributes by facilitating one day seminars, two or
three day training courses and an annual technical conference, supported by a
trade exhibition.

We hold a database of information
relating to costs, utility usages and performance criteria which we are
prepared to share with any bona fide user on an exchange basis. Invaluable for
attaining best practice.
Losses.
Statistical information is held based upon actual losses by Trust´s,by volume
and by items. Reasons for `unexplained´ losses. Again this information is
available on an exchange basis.
Contingency planning.
Using our database of laundries and contacts, help is never more than a phone
call away. If we do not have the information, we know a man who does.
